First Outdoor Activity:
My first outdoor activity would be Kayaking because I really wanted to have experience in this type
of outdoor activity. Reflecting in Kayaking is a great activity because it can be easily done alone
and focuses spending time on one’s self. Many people say that it improves upper body fitness and
also a great form of exercise from paddling which let a person achieve an ideal weight. Like any
other exercise, it helps people to reduce stress which release emotions especially anger, frustration
and resentment and can turn to a good quality of sleep. A benefit would be a Good quality of sleep
because as the day will make the person exhausted that leads to a fast sleep and surely a complete
sleep.

Second Outdoor Activity:


Bungee Jumping is one of the extreme outdoor activities that are diving into open-air and free-
falling. It is said that Bungee Jumping is a leap of faith because a person will conquer his fear and
find courage to jump at a high point which makes me want to experience it. A mind blowing view
awaits way beneath such as trees, rivers and more especially when about to jump and spreading
arms wide while screaming. Bungee Jumping is good for emotional and mental health especially
when a person jumps for the reason that the scream and shouting helps in letting out negative
emotion. It challenges life for everyone as it gives a sense of accomplishment that nobody can take
away and it is something to be proud of because if the courage that was gathered that time.
