POSITION DESCRIPTION AND SALARY (Employee chart)

Zero restaurant is hiring employees that’s best fits in the vacancies or


position. The main goal is to recruit employees that are at least high school
graduate with pleasing customer service skills as most of the time they are facing
and serving the customers. They must maintain and value customer relations,
interpersonal or verbal communication, and should be patient and service
oriented. Physical speed and strength are also necessary to carry the workloads
and the unexpected task. The employee should be flexible, fast, has a good ability
in learning quick and able to multitask or serve customers without getting
distracted. It is also a must that the employee is conscious to safety and
cleanliness.

When position become available and qualified applicant and star referral will
undergo interview for specific questioning, profiling, and demand. Upon the
interview the management will have to decide on the recruitment and the
management offers will be tackled between the two parties.
Salary
The salary must be settled between the employee and employer and must be
included in the contract. The restaurant will personally open a payroll account for
the employee from where the salary will directly enter. The salary will be given
every end of the month. The computation of the salary will be at the same time of
the computation of contributions for SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig that will be
tackled at page__.
Orientation and Training
To ready the employee and be familiar with the restaurant and its flow, zero
restaurant will provide a paid orientation and training for the 1 week before the
actual work. The employee will train to be educated particularly to customer
service and the restaurant process and flow.
