ACTIVITIES PERFORMED:

Mr. Joshua Pangahin, the speaker, held a webinar on mental health on

September 17th, 2021. The speaker discusses Teodulo P. Gonzales,
S.J.'s 12 master lessons in the field of counseling or therapy. Other
personal masters and mental health components are covered in this
class. He explains how to cope with the effects of mental illness in each
presentation. Following the presentation of the mental health webinar,
the speaker answered all of the students' questions in a Q&A session.
Finally, the speaker asks or provides 20 questions for the students to
respond to.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

I learned something new from the mental health webinar, the 12 Master's
courses in the field of counseling or therapy. I learned about mental
health from the individuals of the personal Masters. The speaker's
remarks and advice on how to deal with our mental health have
improved my skills and knowledge. How to tell other people what you're
feeling rather than keeping it to yourself. To avoid the consequences,
you must embrace what you are feeling. This mental health webinar will
assist all of us in surviving any health challenges that may arise. My
skills are strengthened by exercising my health in order to stay fit and
withstand future health problems. I learned the good and bad behaviors
to be a face in the near future during this webinar about mental health.

me and have given up so much for my education.

for whatever they require.

look down on me are the ones who prevent me from realizing my dreams.

NARRATIVE REPORT
Today, our second webinar, which took place at 8:00 a.m. on September 17, 2021,
was led by our guest speaker, Mr. Joshua Pangahin. As the host of the mental
health webinar, I welcomed all of the attendees, including our dean and the guest
speaker. After greeting everyone, I invite one of my group members to give the
invocation, which is followed by our national anthem. The next item on the agenda
is my group mate's introductory remarks, which he continues to deliver. Following
my introductory words as a host, I gave an introduction to our webinar host on
mental health. The guest speaker began his presentation about the 12 MASTERS'
LESSONS IN THE FIELD OF COUNSELING / THERAPY at exactly 11:00 a.m.
He begins by telling us about the people behind the 12 masters' lessons, including
their personalities and histories. He explains the masters' lesson from number one
to number twelve. He goes over each one and gives examples from real-life
situations. His internet connection is having problems, but he manages to
communicate that all of the participants are interested in listening. Following the
guest speaker's whole talk, a question and answer session is held. Only three
people ask questions during the guest speaker's presentation. We proceed to the
awarding of certificates when the guest speaker has answered all of the questions.
One of my classmates reads the certificate. The concluding remarks will come after
that. The webinar on mental health came to a close at 5:00 p.m. with a closing
prayer.
