Introduction

Nowadays, many countries are tending to switch from using inorganic wastes to using organic
materials to limit environmental pollution and be environmentally friendly. At the same time,
that is also the reason why BFSOFT's environmental protection organization was born to be able
to research and apply high technologies in environmental protection and biodegradable
products. in the protection of the environment.

A. DISCUSS THE IMPORTANCE OF TEAM DYNAMICS IN THE SUCCESS AND/OR FAILURE OF GROUP
WORK(P5)
1. Definition of team dynamics
Team Dynamics are an active team, in a team always have the different between
members in team and different about the strengths and weakness and into play across
daily interactions, shared work and collaborative efforts of the team. If a positive team
always have motivates, all the members will work more effectively together, more
creatives and finish the achieve goal.

2. The importance of team dynamics in the success and/or failure of group work

In positive side of team dynamics are strongly influenced by: Effectively Leadership, open
communication, the relationships between team members and clearly defined roles.

Effectively Leadership:
o A team has an effective leader is likely good perform. Always keep in your mind
that effective do not mean a team needs a commanding and controlling by boss.
Instead, effective leader means know their team, trusting them to do their good
task, and gaining their trust in return.

Open communication between team members

o The best performing groups encourage open and frequent communication. High-
performing teams not only need to have clear processes and lines of
communication, but they also need to feel empowered to offer challenges, team
problems, and constructive criticism. . Teams that feel supported and trust that
their concerns will be heard have stronger teamwork and will work better towards
high-level goals.

Positive the relationships between individual team members

o In a team with positive team dynamics, team members have relationships based
on mutual trust and respect. Both attributes can help foster a sense of security
when it comes to ideas. The more secure people feel about voicing their opinions,
the more likely they are to practice open communication.

Clearly the roles

o A team made up of well-defined roles and responsibilities is a team with a clear

direction. Transparency and accountability require clarity and precision in this
area. Teams that don't have a clear sense of who owns what and who is
responsible for what often become a breeding ground for disunity, stress, and
boredom. Clearly defining the role of every team member should be a priority for
leaders interested in cultivating positive team dynamics.

In negative side of a team dynamics are failure by: weakness leadership, groupthink,
blocking behaviors and uncertainly

Weakness leadership
o A leadership weakness always absent in the meeting or does not care about team
members and then make weakness team and team members will out, finally a
member in team will become a leader that team

Groupthink

o Groupthink is a group members decline to explore the different solutions or

alternatives. When you are a team lead, you always see most team members are
quite and tend to agree on one thing quickly. This is a reason important, almost all
of us always shy, fear because everyone will laugh or discouraged somehow.
( mean not save about the psychological safety). A team need a clear chain of
command.

Blocking behaviors

o Meaning team members indifference to work or neglecting what others say (no
responsibility) more likely: Not participating, recognition-speaking, Overly critical
of other opinions

Uncertainly

o When the object of a roles team member remain undefined. If a member does not
know what they are expected to accomplish or responsibilities are, and make team
will fall down and lost all the confident of all team member

Benne Model:
3. In my group

Follow benne model and use task roles to feedback for my team:

Proposes original ideas/Elaborator: Nguyen Quoc Hung

Orienter/Evaluator: Dang Tan Tai

Harmonizer: Tran Dai and Do Xuan Loc

Nguyen Quoc Hung is a proposer of original ideas and an elaborator who always comes up
with new ideas for a project. He proposes very realistic ideas and is full of numbers.

Dang Tan Tai is an Orienter and Evaluator in the group, I act as a leader and manage
project activities in the group, and at the same time, I also orient the group to know the
project strategy and how to do the project together. At the same time, I also evaluate
whether this option is practical and has a high degree of success.

Tran Dai and Do Xuan Loc are the two people who always bring the team members
together and these two are always looking for ways to reduce the level of stress when we
argue with each other about work issues. projects and ideas for each other, and they also
have a bit of a sense of humor to help the team have fun and work together.
B. WORK WITHIN A TEAM TO ACHIVE A DEFINED GOAL (P6)
1. Introduction of my group work
In the new era when the amount of knowledge is growing, teamwork is an important and
necessary requirement for everyone. For students, group learning is one of the effective
learning methods through which to forge their ability to cooperate, share feelings, foster,
develop thinking, and improve their knowledge level. grouping is really an interesting
method. Group learning has many benefits, such as helping to train and develop working
skills, communication skills, facilitating members to learn from each other, promoting
responsible roles, and social positivity. on the basis of cooperative work. So I worked
together with team members including: Do Xuan Loc, Nguyen Quoc Hung and Tran Dai
and took the name BFSOFT ( BTEC FPT SOFTWARE ) as the representative name of the
group. About the project our group did about an event to share about current
environmental pollution issues such as water, air, radiation,... Each person takes charge of
1 part and in which I take on the part. presentation of radiological-photographic pollution
to human life and offer solutions and ways to overcome this problem by applying artificial
intelligence-controlled devices to contact and overcome these toxic substances without
using humans to avoid affecting their health.
2. My role in the group work

Evaluation:

My responsibility is a leader, a leader of the team. I have divided the tasks very clearly for
each member of the team, including 4 tasks for each person in terms of presentation: air
pollution - Tran Dai, chemical pollution - Dang Tan Tai, soil pollution - Nguyen Quoc Hung and
water pollution - Do Xuan Loc. In the tasks above I received a presentation about chemical
contamination. The responsibility in my job is very high in terms of knowledge in the part that I
am assigned, such as chemical contamination is caused by chemical substances handled by
humans indiscriminately or improperly, radioactive leakage - O radiation exposure I also
explained very well in my presentation, I am a proactive person who always meets the whole
team to come together to come up with a solution to the problem we have faced, always meet
on time and very rarely late in this and I know I always have to be responsible for the work that I
am assigned, besides that as a leader I must have a clear vision and improvise with All situations
happen but the problem here is that some members of my group are difficult to meet like Mr. Do
Xuan Loc who is often absent from meetings and I have advised a lot but he does not listen.
When joining the team I realized that I can get a lot of benefits from working with them and know
what I lack and I believe that no matter who we are, when we are on the same team, we always
have to take responsibility. together and set a clear, specific goal.

C. DISCUSS THE IMPORTANCE OF CPD AND ITS CONTRIBUTION TO OWN LEARNING (P7)
1. Definition of CPD
Continuing Professional Development in English is Continuing Professional Development.
Hereinafter referred to as CPD.
This concept consists of two parts
Continuing: This concept is regular, continuous. This is a long-term process, repeated year
after year rather than one-off or intermittent.
Professional development: is training for managers or professionals to improve their
knowledge and skills.

2. Why CPD is important?

Those who practice professional practice are all based on the application of specialized
principles of industry technology and are related to ensuring safety for life, health, property,
economic interests, welfare. social or environmental benefits. It is possible to list a number of
professions such as medical profession, audit profession, lawyer profession, engineer
profession, architect, ....
For these professions, regular training and self-training are especially important. In the
current era, everything changes very quickly, if you do not update scientific and technical
information in time, individuals will be left behind very quickly, practice cannot meet
professional requirements as well. as economic.
Thus, in addition to complying with regulations on professional ethics, the implementation of
continuous professional development or continuous training is one of the mandatory
requirements that have been widely applied in the world.

3. CPD contribution to own learning

CPD contributes a lot to the learning of students in particular and everyone in general.
Learning is a lifetime, so we don't just finish 12 or college but quit, this is a long process,
we have to constantly update and upgrade ourselves to be able to improve our position.
and keep up with the development of the world.

D. PRODUCE A DEVELOPMENT PLAN THAT OUTLINES RESPONSIBILITIES, PERFORMANCE

OBJECTIVES AND REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND LEARNING FOR OWN FUTURE (P8)
1. Setting Goals
My short term goal is achieve IELTS 6.5 and become a English Speaking Youtuber
My long term goal is to become a full-stack java developer and technology businessman.
2. Three skill need to develop

If I want to achieve and accomplish my goals then I need to have extremely important
skills that I believe any skill requires. It is self-study skill, practice skill and Perseverance
training.

What is self-study? Self-study is simply understood the process of working on your own,
absorbing knowledge without the guidance of others. You yourself have to research,
reason, think… Then we will master the process of acquiring knowledge; including the
time to study, the amount of knowledge to be loaded with the learning method.

The role of self-study:

In the current context, digital technology has developed very strongly, the concept of self-
study is no longer limited to "learning alone". That is, you can learn on your own with
“non-direct” instruction. For example, online learning is extremely popular today.
Specifically like:

Joining a learning group or sharing experiences on facebook is also a form of self-study.

You can ask other people questions, or answer other people's questions by commenting.
So it's only a matter of time, and in fact you still have the exchange of information and
knowledge with people.

Or another example, it's you learn through videos on youtube. This is also self-study but
still has the indirect guidance of others. Even if you follow a program available online, you
still have to actively learn knowledge because it is not completely face-to-face interaction.

For me self-study is an indispensable skill in the process of discovering a new thing,

suppose you want to learn a new language but in the traditional way you need to have
someone guide you word by word. With self-study skills you can find methods and ways
to learn that language on google or the internet. This skill will help you make great
progress in life

What is Perseverance skill?

"Perseverance" is the skills and attitude of a person to pursue the goal that they have set
in life.It is the best effort, continuous effort, steadfastness, and never giving up. despite
facing difficulties, challenges, even failures, do not give up and are determined to do it to
the end. Persistence is one of the most important factors contributing to the success of
each person. in life.

What is practices skill?

The role of practice in practice is one of the extremely important factors to help you do
what you do effectively or not?. It will depend a lot on how we use it, if a needle is not
sharpened, it will never be sharp and also for me, if there are 2 skills above that Without
practice, every day, everything is just in theory. Practice helps us to experience, and learn
from failures, then we have valuable experiences for ourselves to improvise with other
cases.

3. Strengths and Weaknesses

My strengths are: self-study, self-coherence, responsibility
My weaknesses are: poor communication skills, unreasonable time management and not
confident presentation.
4. Develop Strengths and weaknesses
In order to show our weaknesses, we need to improve these issues day by day, over time,
confront them and think positively after a while we can not only improve weaknesses but
also turn them into our strengths. Just like strengths we can continue to develop and
develop, while weaknesses we need to develop and improve gradually. In terms of
strengths, we can take advantage of them in many different things, this helps us to
develop very quickly and have an advantage over others, but so we should not be
subjective and do not cultivate those skills. , to be able to develop perfectly we need to
use our strengths to continuously learn and upgrade ourselves.
