1. Bid shall be submitted online only through website www.eproc.raiasthan.gov.in.
2. No physical/otfline tender/bid shall be accepted.
3. Bidder should be submit tender fee/Bid document fees and processing fee separately. Tender
fees should be submitted in the form of banker/Demand draft in favor of Director Rajasthan
Medical Education Society, Jaipur payable at Jaipur. Processing fees should be submitted online
as per finance (G&T) Department circular no. 6(5)F|n./GF&AR/2018 Dated 27.04.2020 in Budget
Head-8658-00-102-(16)-[01] online through E-Grass, up to schedule date and time and submit
challan copy with the technical bid. scanned copy of chaltan are required to be uploaded as
proof of deposited. Without Tender fees, processing fees will not be considered.
Processing Fee will be Accepted only online through E-Grass.
4" EMD-Bidder should submit "Bid securing Declaration" on S0/Rupees stamp paper in
prescribed Format along with 30% surcharge in the state of Rajasthan as per finance(G&T)
dept.Notification dated 1811212020 & circular No.F.2(1)V|tUG&T-SPFCl2017 Date 23.12.2020.
5. Rate should be quoted Only in INR in BOQ for online E-tenders in prescribed formate.
6. In case, the schedule dates happen to be Govt. Holiday the next working day shall be treated for
the scheduled dates is given above fortender as the case may be.
7. Bidders are requested to read the instructions in the Bid Document before submitting the
Tender/Bid online.
