As a team member, my responsibilities are to be collaborative, follow the deadlines, adhere to the
rules and regulations set by the leadership, and be assertive for the things that might take the whole
objective to work in a team haywire.
We found three instances where a team member's role was vital. For example, if we were in the fast
trekker's group then being vigilant and responsible team members, we should have stopped the group
from moving ahead without consulting Dilip. When one of the probationer officers was sobbing and
blaming Dilip for being a supportive and empathetic team member, we would have calmed and
boosted his morale. It is essential to understand that if one team member's morale goes down, it may
have a spillover effect on other team members. It is imperative under such harsh conditions to stay
united by supporting each other.
Several stops to enjoy the scenic beauty sounds being irresponsible as a team member. We could
have highlighted the invincible consequences the whole group must face if the track does not start on
time. This would have sensitized everyone in the group that we all have come for an objective, and
time plays a crucial role.
