Answers:

1. No, because it is a continuous process to be a mentor, and it does not happen

overnight.
2. Yes, rookies do commit mistakes because even if she/he were a certified teacher,
we are all humans that can commit mistakes. But most importantly is that we
should learn from our mistakes to become better teachers.
3. Yes, cadets are under the guidance of the college faculty because they are just a
student that needs the guidance from a college faculty in order to complete the
required academic courses to become a teacher.
4. Yes, because earning a master's degree helps the teacher gain specialized
knowledge to advance in his/her field or career paths.
5. Yes, because they did all their best efforts and spent much of their time
studying and learning just to earn a doctorate degree.
