Task:
1. Open a google sheet

2. Choose 2 different graphs to represent the data in the table.

a. Remember to include a title and labeled axis

b. Use a key if necessary

c. Make sure the data is clearly displayed and makes sense to any viewer
Insert your graph below:
3. Which of your chosen graphs is a better visual representation of this data? Why?

There’s many outliers in the first graph and it’s hard to see the data properly, but the second graph

has less countries and only two outliers, making measurements easier to see.

4. What are two interesting things you notice about this data?

That all countries from Kuwait to Philippines other than Italy and France have relatively similar data to

each other.

5. Is there an outlier (a value that does not fit or is very different) in your data set? If yes, which

country?

Yes, for the first graph it would be the United States. For the second graph it’s Italy and France.

6. The mean of this data is 195,571 doses per day. What would happen to the mean if we

removed this outlier? Why?

The mean would probably go down by 1/2 if not by at least 1/3. This is since the United States is a

huge country with the most vaccinations and can be assumed, and removing it would lower the

average by a lot and make it more accurate to the rest of the world.

7. Bonus question: Why do you think I chose these countries?

Because the range is huge and that they have all different values, which had to find an

outcome to creating an accurate answer/graph to. (They’re countries at the end of the day.)
