Air conditioner — compressor and magnetic clutch
Standard:
Oil quantity of the new compressor and magnetic clutch: 80±15cc-(residual oil of the compressor and magnetic
clutch= oil discharging quantity during replace process)
Cautions:
● Refer to precautions for refrigeration disassembly when checking the compression oil quantity.
● If it is prohibited to discharge some compression oil before installing new compressor and magnetic clutch.
There will be excessive compression oil (as a result of residual oil in the vehicle pipeline), the excessive
compression oil will block heat exchange of refrigerant and then it will cause refrigerant failure.
● Check for oil leak if residual oil of old compressor and magnetic clutch is insufficient.
● Confirm the compression oil is ND-OIL8.
Torque: 25N·m
Cautions:
Install compressor and magnetic clutch and tighten
bolts according to order shown in the figure.
