COMPRESSOR CLEANING

In Brio and Brio 2 it is not present the Level Sensor in the waste tank.
In case of liquid inside the compressor it comes dirty under the metallic spring. This affect
the right performance of the system.

In case of leakage form the needle chamber and the washer manifold at the same time the
problem could be the lower efficiency of the compressor.

In order to reset the system in the right way it is necessary to clean the compressor.
Please follow the instruction below reported.

Cleaning instructions

All the following activities must performed using groves.

1) unscrew the top of the compressor

2) remove the top of the compressor paying attention to how it was positioned.

3) put on the table in the same direction like it was unscrew.

4) our target is to remove and clean the metallic spring in the picture and clean it and the
bottom side.

5) pay attention to the direction of the spring that is cut in an angle

6) clean by oil (for mechanical application) using a paper towel the parts indicated in the
picture that are in contact and wait that it is rightly dry.

7) reassembly all the parts in the same way like shown in the below pictures.

6) Remove the part shown in the picture

8) Execute the same cleaning procedure with the other spring

9) Clean the o-ring using oil just passing a towel

10) Reassembly the part paying attention to the direction.
