Control Room Building and Substations
1 Taking delivery of the free issue materials from store or
yard like, GI conduits, bend, JB , Tee etc as required and
cutting, bending as per drg and to suit site requirement and
installed it at any height and location to the satisfaction of
 the engineer. All consumables like screw, , fasteners, etc RM 2950
shall be arranged by the subcon as required to install it.
The above is required for any services to complete the 
building EIT work

2 Taking delivery of the free issue materials from store or

yard like, PVC conduits, bend, JB , Tee etc as required and
cutting, placing as per drg and to suit site requirement and
installed it at any height and location to the satisfaction of
 the engineer. All consumables like screw, , fasteners, etc RM 1200
shall be arranged by the subcon as required to install it.
The above is required for any services to complete the 
building EIT work

3 Taking delivery of free issue materials  from store or yard,

cutting to the required length and installation from DB to 
Switch socket through GI conduit/ Trunk etc as available at
any level and location through any route as shown in the drg
and to suit site conditions. Wire shall be free issue. RM 24240
1C x2.5 sq mm/ 1 C x 4 sqmm
Consumables like cable tie, pulling string and others as 
required shall be from Subcon

4 Taking delivery of free issue materials from store/ yard,

installation of Light fittings of size 600x600 of any type on
false ceiling with proper supporting arrangement at any level
and location.

The bove rates are only Direct Cost, Indirect Cost to be Added
Salary Consiedered Electrician-130 OMR Permonth, Helper-90 OMR Permnth and Foreman/Supervisor/Chargehand-300 OM
Since the Total Cost is coming very Less and Considering the Front Availability, Care to take while giving Subcontra
