(External cultures derive from any individuals in
organization which bring their national culture

behaviors)
• The shared values and beliefs that enable
members in the organization to understand their
roles and the norms
• A pattern of shared ways of life which are
considered for members of the organization to
perceive, think, feel, act with the same direction

• Host country is the place where is concerned
as comfort space to move
• Waves of immigrants (legal / illegal) come to
live and work (permanently / temporarily)
caused costly, complex social and financial
problems for the host country
• The mass migrations are usually in pursuit of
a better way of life

• People living outside their country of
nationality, afraid to return for reasons of
race, religion, social affiliation, political
opinion, persecution/mistreatment (การกดขีข่่ ม

as well as workplace

due to their difficulty to
access to mobile application
which lasts for more than
half-day long.

Some said “it is urgent for them to check the amount of


their money transfer unless the business will be
temporarily disrupted, however the call center blames for
their internet connection and asks for rebooting the system”

Some said “it is enough for them to deal with this bank and
won’t be their customer anymore”

As a world of globalization, people tend to
causes a chaos aware of easy-access process, especially for
business and investment.
