Assessment Strategies:
Assessment is divided into two sections: Coursework (70%) and Final Examination (30%).
The coursework will be conducted throughout the course and the examination will be held
at the end of the semester.
The coursework consists of a project to develop media for teaching and learning, an
academic writing about the usage of instructional media and evaluate their effectiveness
based on an instructional design model and presentation of a group activity. A written
examination will be held at the end of the semester.

12. Synopsis This course focuses on concepts and practice of instructional technology. Students will
acquire knowledge and understanding about the selection, production, utilization and
evaluation of instructional media. Students will apply technical skills in producing quality and
effective instructional media as well as managing media and resources efficiently.
Kursus ini memberi fokus kepada konsep dan amalan teknologi pengajaran. Pelajar akan
memperoleh pengetahuan dan kefahaman tentang pemilihan, penghasilan, penggunaan dan
penilaian media pengajaran. Pelajar akan mengaplikasikan kemahiran teknikal dalam
menghasilkan media pengajaran yang berkualiti dan berkesan serta mengurus media dan
sumber pengajaran dan pembelajaran dengan cekap.
