Strategies
 Check messages from time
to time through fb
messenger or chats, phone
calls and text messages.
 Check the daily/weekly
attendance(kamustahan) of
members, parents/children
and submit a report on how
to solve the concerns/
problems through calls, text
messages, Fb messenger,
or via zoom.
 Attend meetings, seminars
on behalf of the Grade Four
Teachers
 Deliberate Minutes of the
Meeting to all Grade IV
Teachers
 List down the names of
pupils who need help.
 Prepares list of attendance
and pictures /documentation
for the distribution, retrieval
of SIPacks and PTC.
 Communicate with the
members and give
information correctly to
avoid misunderstanding.
