Meal planning is important because it is the basis for creating a healthy meal. A lot of planning for special meals like
birthdays, fiestas, and holiday dinner is being done but very few really spend time planning their daily meals. Meals
should be planned to help the family have healthy food, spend less money, and save time in marketing.
