Recommended Browsers
IE11 is the recommended bowser to launch any isuccess learning courses.
Google Chrome (Java Free Courses can be accessed), Firefox 3.6& above are recommended optionally.
Please find below the settings for different browser one by one.
1. Internet Explorer
1. In the Internet Explorer menu, select Tools > Internet Options. If you are unable to locate the
tools menu, press Alt > T on the keyboard to display the menu.
2. On the General tab, click Delete under the Browsing History heading to clear the browser's
temporary internet files.
3. In the Delete Browsing History window, ensure Temporary Internet Files is checked (no other
options should be checked) and click Delete. a. This process may take a few minutes to
complete.
4. Adobe Flash Player>>Adobe Flash Player 25 with ActiveX control: Kindly enable Flash Player in
Internet Explorer by using below path: Tools > Manage Add-ons > Toolbars and Extensions.
Tools Internet Options Privacy Turn on pop-up blocker (Uncheck the Checkbox)
6. Proxy Settings: Either Provide Facility Proxy & appropriate Port Number or Set Automatic Detect
Settings, it is not recommended to enable both the settings. Client Proxy may restrict learning
URL’s, so it is not recommended to take the course in client provided Proxy IP, URL or Batch File.
7. Security Settings: Under the Security tab, click on Sites to add leaning URL’s to your trusted sites
8. Set Zoom Level: You can press CTRL and 0 at the same time to reset your Zoom level to 100%.
Alternatively, you can click the gear (Options) icon in the top-right, select Zoom, and then select
100%. This will help you at the end of the slide
2. Chrome Browser
Kindly disable “block all sites to run Flash” in Flash and “Allowed” in Popups by using below path.
NOTE:
By Clicking on launch option, if authentication window appears kindly provide your user id
(Ex:Srishti-si) without prefixing Domain Name\ or Suffix @hcl.com
Microsoft Edge is not the recommended version, please take course from IE / Google Chrome /
Firefox. You must have latest version of Adobe Flash Player (i.e., Adobe Flash Player 25 ActiveX
and Java 8 update
