Taking the class on Mobile Phones (Android Phones)

1. Please ensure that you are taking the class on Chrome Browser. Upgraded
browser gives a smoother experience.
2. Do not click on any link to login to myclass.lpu.in. Copy the link and paste
it in the chrome browser. Clicking on a link might not open the link in
Chrome Browser. Copy and Pasting ensures that you are on the correct browser.
3. At the start of the class, the browser may show pop ups for allowing permissions.
Always click on Allow.
4. Make sure your mobile device camera is functioning properly. Do not navigate to any
other app during the class.
5. Make sure that your chrome app permissions for Camera, Microphone and Location
are allowed.

Taking the class on IPhones / IPads
For IPhones/Ipads : Use Safari Browser (Version 12.2 or above is supported)

1. You can check the version of your safari browser by opening the following link on
your safari browser.
https://dd1.codetantra.com/html5client/useragent
2. At the start of the class, the browser may show pop ups for allowing permissions.
Always click on Allow.
3. Make sure that permissions for Camera, Microphone and Location are allowed for
the safari browser. Please refer to the image shown below to allow the access.

4. Make sure your mobile device camera is functioning properly.

Taking the class on Desktop/Laptop:
1. Please ensure that you are taking the class on Chrome Browser. Upgraded
browser gives a smoother experience.
2. At the start of the class, the browser may show pop ups for allowing permissions.
Always click on Allow.

3. Make sure that the microphone and webcam are in good working condition.
 Testing your Browser
You can also test your browser by visiting the following link in your browser :
https://test.webrtc.org and click on START button. The microphone and camera
Should be have at least few ticks as shown below
