Ako po ay isang good leader na deserve na magkaroon ng leadership award nang dahil sa mga activities and trainings na
aking sinalihan at sinamahan malaki ang naitulong nito sa akin at marami din akong mga natutunan dahil dito.
Natuto akong makipag socialize sa ibat ibang uri ng tao ,makibagay , makipagfriends kahit na iba ang kanilang kultura at
language, hind iyon hadlang para magkaroon ng connection sa kanila.
Naalala ko nga topic namin sa DLT paano ka nga ba magkkaroon ng connection sa ibang tao? Alam naman natin na hind
ka makakahingi ng tulong sa ibang tao kapag hind mo kakilala or ka-close.
Kinakailangan mo muna magkaroon ng connection sa kapwa bago mo mkukuha ang nais mo . Naging isa din po akong
Facilitator sa HIV or STD Awareness na kung saan dito ay ang aming tinuturaan ang kapwa naming estudyante kaya ang title
ng activities na ito ay Teen trail Youth for Youth. Ayon kasi sa programa na ito mas mainam daw na kapwa studyante din
natuturo para makapagbuild ng connection at hind sila maboboring at makakapgshare sila ng kani kanilang pananaw sa topic
na pinagaaral

I believe I deserve this leadership award because it will help me to achieve my long-term goals.
Ako rin po ay isang Good leader, may mga Trainings and activities din po akong naranasan na makipagcommunicate to
the other person at tignan kung pano maging isang mabuting leader.
Sa ilang taon ko na ren pong nag aaral sating school ay natrain po ako ng husto kung pano po ihandle ang isang
organization at maging isang responsableng leader. From Gr 9 nag umpisa ako sa part na ihandle Ang pagiging isang SSG
Officer na hanggang ngayon po ay hawak ko po ang obligasyon na iyon, sabe ng iba madali lang daw po maging officer pero
para po saken na nakaranas non, Hindi po ganon kadali ang maging isang mabuti at responsableng leader. kaya para po saken
i deserve to have a leadership award dahil sapat po ang aking karanasan bilang isang GOOD and responsible leader.

I believe that ever since I become a student of Bolingit National High School I have given my very best to extend my
hand in helping and assisting my fellow students as well as our teachers in school in any forms of works or needs that they
have. I came from an impoverished family and my biggest goal is to give pride for my family by the simpliest way of being
hardworking, patient and determined in finishing my education.
As I graduate from our beloved school, I have a strong conviction that I have performed my roles very well in the best
way that I can. I may not be a perfect school leader but I know in myself that I have exerted everything for the position that I
was elected.
I experienced a mix of triumphs and failures, by becoming a leader who leads numerous students. There are good and
bad moments where I feel I am not deserving or the feeling of anxiety that I just want to let go of the position but as I have
said, what can only measure a man’s genuine flaring spirit is when he/she never gives up on whatever circumstances he may
faced in life.
As a leader, there may be a lot of responsibilities, pressure, critics and works to be accomplished but it is always nice to
look in the beauty of these hardships, to go back from where you started, which is the fruits that I will reap with all the
sacrifices I did, as a young student leader. And so, I will end this by telling to the reader that I am so much worthy and
deserving for this award.
