*Abstract:

Laundry management system is one of the most important systems in our day-to-day lives. Because this
system is designed to help streamline laundry management in an automated environment and deliver a
better customer experience. Besides, it can automate the management of day-to-day operations, orders,
processes, billing, and delivery management in the laundry and dry cleaning industry. Also, the laundry
management system allows you to integrate all your business areas into a single platform. The
information collected into the centralized database provides you with easy access to operational data
and helps you monitor tasks in real-time. This report will contain all the information about the laundry
management system. Additionally, it will include diagrams associate to the system.

you must know the negatives and problems that we may face in this project to make a final decision
.before starting it, to increase the chances of success and achieve the desired goal

The client may face some problems in implementing this project, the most important of which are: first:
.intense competition, secondly, constant pressure, and finally the high costs of electricity and water

Severe competition is at the forefront of the problems faced by the client. The presence of more than one
laundry project leads to competition between these projects, which in turn lead to the failure of this
.project. The success of the project depends on the customers coming on dealing with the client

.In this project, this leads to a great increase in effort and continuous work throughout the day

Finally, the costs of water and electricity are high, and here, many investors in the laundry project notice a
significant increase in the costs of water and electricity, as well as rents, which is one of the problems and
the most expensive facing investors and workers in this project, so a plan must be developed to preserve
.the energy consumed for this project
System Capabilities:

-Customer satisfaction is our first goal.

-Collect all the information required from the customer to confirm the reservation

-Send the customer a mail to confirm the payment with the date of payment for his order

-Memories the entire customer's data, including his reservations and payment details. Etc.

-Providing a variety of services at the same time to make it easier for the customer

- Gaining the trust of the client

Business benefit:

-The most successful small projects because it is easy to manage and does not need long experience.

-Save time and effort

-It is considered an inexpensive project relative to other projects and therefore does not need a large
amount of money to start

*Requirements Specifications:

Functional requirements:

-System will make registration of all reservation

- Entering the customer’s order into the system (such as washing and ironing, washing only, ironing with
steam)
- The system sets the price
- The system determines the expected time for the end of the clothes, blanket, or others
- Putting a number indicating the customer's number, for easy identification of the number of customers in
each day
- An invoice is printed from the system to the customer containing all the points mentioned previously

-The system will work in a security way

- The system can search for any customer information
- Show invoices to customers in an orderly manner
