Marketing plan may be a part of an overall business plan. Marketing


plan focuses on how the business will market its products and services.
Marketing plan is started by articulating its marketing strategy product,
price, place, promotion, people , product, service and distribution.

Overall marketing strategy :


Overall marketing strategy is what is our business product and service.
As we are wedding planners so we don’t have any products to sell, we
are only providing service. In overall marketing we explain the position
of our services in the market. Profile our customer and competitor.
Identify the market tactics that we will use.
In overall market strategy we identify our business goal and our
business goal is to provide a variety of services.

Product :
As we are wedding planners. We don’t produce any products. We also
buy products for our events like equipment, instrument.
Service :
Our business provided good service to our customers by its good
quality and unique idea in this city Gujranwala. We are serving good,
healthy delicious food, nice décor, highly qualified staff of designers
and makeup artists and all other things that are involved in our event.
Price :
Our price strategy is high as we are delivering imported things. It also
depends on the customer demand. If he wants a high level of event
then definitely the price strategy will be high but if he wants a medium
want then it will be according to this.
Place :
Now we have started it from Gujranwala. Place will be according to the
customer demand where we live and want to arrange their event in
Gujranwala. We are collaborating with Marque. If someone wants to
arrange theirs at that Marque, then definitely we will do so. On the
other hand if some want to arrange it in their own place then we will do
this.
Promotion :
Promotion is the way to make people about anything. Flex, Tv add,
billboards, and word of mouth are the way to promote our business.
People :
We are targeting the youth, couples, families who are young by heart
and want to get everything well.
Distribution :
The distribution section of a marketing plan includes a review of where
our target customers like to buy, where our competition is selling.
Our target market is only for Gujranwala customers because in other
cities like Faisalabad there is a wedding planner named wedding hub.
We can’t compete with them so we target Gujranwala.

Sale process :
A marketing strategy is how we will reach our target audience, while a
sales strategy is how we will convert them to customers.
Sale Tactics :
First we will give a discount to our customers at the lounge. It helps to
promote it. Discount is the best way to attract our customers. We will
offer a good sale or discount after achieving our goals and profit. Every
6 months 2 times in a year we will offer discounts. By giving discounts
to customers, those who have a Dream to join us will have a good
opportunity to fulfill it. It’s also increasing our customer number.
