    INFLUENCER MARKETING AGREEMENT

    This influencer agreement “hereinafter, Agreement” has entered into the date of the letter by and between
    (Dynasty Digital (PTY Ltd.) with address in Dynasty Digital and Daze House.

    Dynasty Digital wants to collaborate with Daze House in an influencer campaign called “Therapeutic Lunch –
    Someone to talk to”.

    The collaboration will take part on the 4th of December 2021, influencers representing Dynasty Digital agree
    to the following tasks:

    Publications: 3-5 Instagram Permanent Posts at Daze House, 2 Instagram Reels, Unlimited Instagram
    stories, 2 Tik Tok Videos and a Youtube Travel Vlog
    Publications must include: Daze House tag and mentions, #DazeHouse hashtag

    The contract will have a duration of one business day after the event, which the influencers will adjust to the
    times and deadlines defined by Dynasty Digital.

    Dynasty Digital will provide a sufficient capacity to develop the content for the campaign. Once the campaign
    is finished, we will provide insights with the metrics from our influencers’ social media accounts.

    Dynasty Digital has been provided with a 50% off discount on the Venue hire for the campaign. This will be
    applicable for the 4th of December.

    The influencers will follow FTC guidelines ( including #ad or #sponsored in posts).

    The influencers will keep the most absolute confidentiality regarding the performance of the contracted
    services, the result thereof, as well as any information related to Daze House.

    Reasons for termination of contract


    Valid causes of termination of the contract will be all those that are expressly included in the regulations
    applicable to it, highlighting the following:

    Failure by the influencers to provide exclusive professional services for Daze House there has been a
    written consent.
    Withdrawal of the influencer by prior notice to the Company
    The influencers have shared personal information of the company
