Project Description:
Duqm Refinery is a 230,000 BPD capacity refinery to be built up in Duqm Oman. Crude oil
from RAS-MARKEZ reservoir will be processed in DUQM refinery and the products of the
Refinery will be export to DUQM Port Terminal.
The Project Scope includes detailed EPC for Utilities Area, Non- Process Area, Truck Loading
Area and Product export lines area.
Being the lead contractor for Telecommunication Systems interface with Multiple
contractors for smooth and successful project accomplishment.

Project Description:
The Project consists of 6 gas well head platforms-HSBH 40/43, 44/47, 48/51, 52/55, 56/59
and 60/63 along with 2 Tie-in Platforms – HSBH TP2, HSBH TP3.
HSBH 40/43, 44/47, 48/51 gas well head platforms will be connected to HSBH TP2 and
HSBH 52/55, 56/59, 60/63 gas well head platforms will be connected to HSBH TP3 and
HSBH TP2 is connected to HSBH TP3, Backbone network being redundant Fiber Optic Cable
Network and Backup for Process Network will be through VSAT network.
Data From HSBH TP will be sent to MARJAN GOSP where the Process Network and Security
network will be hooked up to existing DWDM and MPLS Network of SAUDI ARAMCO.

The Process for HSBH TP-2 and HSBH TP-3 will be monitored by FADHILI Onshore Facility
control center, Where as Security surveillance at DHAHRAN.
