Dear Principal,

1. Please refer our Letter No. DAVCAE/2021-22/111 dated 19th August, 2021.

2. ICT, Math’s and General Science Olympiad for the Academic Session 2021-22 will be conducted as per the schedule
given below:-

a. ICT
i. ICT Group I (Classes V-VIII)
ii. ICT group II (Classes IX-XII)
b. Maths
i. Maths (Class VIII) 3rd January to 19th January, 2022
c. General Science (Except Sunday and Holiday).
i. General Science (Class VIII)
d. Maths
i. Maths (Class IX)
e. General Science
i. General Science (Class IX)

Timings: 09:30 am to 03:30 pm

Allotment of Slots: The schools can select the slots as per the strength of children. The registration for slot selection is
available at our website i.e. http://ol.davcmc.in.

Duration of Competition: 60 Min

Dummy Test: Dummy test of 15min only will be held on 20th and 21st Dec21 from 9:30 A.M. to 3: 30 P.M.

Award of Certificates: First three merit holders will be awarded certificate of excellence and students scoring 80% and
above marks will be awarded certificate of merit by DAVCAE. The students scoring 40% and above but less than 80%
marks will get a certificate of participation which could be downloaded from the above mentioned website.
