Technology
• In the SPO stage, oil, water, solids are separated.
• The oil/water mixture is pumped into the vessel and will
pass the SPO profiles.

• By this way, the oil phase will be collected and form larger
drops at the surface of the profiles.

• If the droplets are big enough, they will raise up to the oil
collecting area on top of the vessel.

• Solids goes down the profiles into the sludge collecting


area.

• The main phase will pass the profile.

• Very fine or mechanical emulsified oil droplets are


separated in the SCO stage.

• In this stage the oil passes the fibre-bed of the Sepflutech


coalescing elements, where smallest oil droplets collide with Flow direction from
other droplets and will form larger drops by coalescence inside to outside
effect.

• This process will continue by the way through the element


and in the outlet the oil droplets are big enough to arise to
the oil collecting area on top of the vessel, to be detected AAAAA
and discharged.

SFT – Technology

• In this stage the water passes the fibre-bed of the


Sepflutech coalescing elements, where smallest water

Automatic Self-Cleaning Filter

 The filter is equipped with special designed proximity nozzles.


This nozzles enable close proximity to the screen during the cleaning suction operation
and ensure maximum suction forces for dirt removal from the screen during cleaning cycle.

 Another feature of the device is its ability to use minimal amounts of water for the cleaning
process resulting in extremely low “wasted water” during the filtration process.
