delayed, affecting the sales and supply of
product, the company may have to face loss
of millions due to this, Lead time, planning is
highly important to ensure maximum
production can take place, Efficiency is
directly linked with cost, it is also import to
source vendors which can provide material
the cheapest and also ensuring the standard
quality.
