INFERENCE:
1) The output waveform of R and RLD load is same.
2) The RL load has 2 different modes of working(continuous and
discontinuous).
3) The output wave is fully rectified wave(2 pulse mode).
4) It have both rectifier and inverter modes for the given value of α

RESULT: Wave forms for single phase semi-converter with R and RL
load were plotted and observed by using MATLAB.
INFERENCE:
1) The semi-convertors are of 2 types symmetrical and asymmetrical.
2) The output voltage waveform is same for both symmetrical and
asymmetrical.
3) The output voltage waveform resembles the half wave converter
for R load and full wave convertor for R and RLD load.

GRAPHS:
FOR R LOAD: α = 0° (continuous mode)
INFERENCE:
For alpha less than 30, the output voltage and current is in continuous
mode. For alpha greater than 30,the output is in discontinuous mode.
For R load, when alpha is greater than 30; the output voltage and
current is discontinuous between A and C and voltage is zero. For RL
load, when alpha is greater than 30;the voltage is discontinuous
between A and C and the inductor discharges current during this period.
