WHAT ARE THE PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

As a software developer, you are responsible for determining what an organization requires,
designing it, coding it, and putting it into production. Systems that are marketed to the general
public can be as straightforward as internal program that assist businesses in becoming more
efficient. After the final software system is delivered, the developers will assist in maintaining
and updating the program to ensure that all security concerns are addressed and new databases
are compatible. A software developer is responsible for the development of computer and mobile
applications, as well as their underlying systems.

 Defining work with customers.

 Fixing software issues
 After installation, system maintenance is vital.
 Being on a design team.
 Assemble a software component set.
 Code creation that works
 The development of computer program for research and reporting

A network administrator requires a high level of technical knowledge. To be successful in this

field, one must have certain "soft" skills. Everyone can benefit from these non-technical skills.
Diverse issues will necessitate logical and consistent thinking. Even if the answer isn't obvious at
first, critical thinking and analysis can help you find a solution. A network administrator must be
able to multitask (Mhaidli et al., 2019). This should help them organize their schedules and
maintain a sense of balance. Network administrators must communicate well with their peers.
From network engineers to end-users, good communication skills are required. The IT industry is
known for rapid growth and change. To survive, network administrators must keep up with
current trends and demands. A well-oiled machine stays well-oiled. When all the parts work
together, success and power are more likely to occur. Web teams are long-term group projects.
Whatever happens, it's vital that everyone can work as a team. This directly affects team results.
Even if a new employee joins or a senior employee departs, there should be clear guidelines on
what employees should and should not do.

Taking on a new challenge without knowing your limitations can be very stressful. The wrong
role can harm a team's success. The success of the group should be acknowledged by all team
members. Whether or not they're actively working on a project, they're an important team
member who deserves recognition. Professionalism in web analytics, development, and design
should lead to increased recognition (Ciampa et al., 2021). Training and competence in one's role
is critical to the team's success. This is more important than handling the team's various
responsibilities.

WHAT IS MORAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Almost always, the other is exonerated when one is blamed. The moral responsibility for product
safety is shared. Rather than blaming past events, future actions are held accountable.
Irresponsible people act carelessly, without regard for others or the consequences. Every member
of a team that develops software shares responsibility. One cannot hold everyone accountable
because moral responsibility is not thinly distributed (Cowls et al., 2019). As a result, everyone
in the group is accountable for their actions. A network monitoring team may have miscalculated
network traffic data, affecting results. Rather than analyze the data themselves, the team should
hire a statistician. In any case, each member should own their part in fixing the errors. The team
owes it to the readers to correct any errors or omissions in the initial report Negative
consequences do not absolve one of responsibility. Envision a new telephone switching system
module that was not thoroughly tested. It doesn't matter if the tester didn't intend the subsequent
phone service outages. Intentional or not, key loggers can be used to steal passwords from public
computers. That's because hackers are morally liable for invading their victims' privacy even if
their program fails. Everyone's actions and inactions have moral weight. A design flaw could
electrocute someone replacing a memory chip in a computer system. Engineers must report
design flaws even if their employers do not explicitly request it. If they don't, their bosses can.
Accounting software is often hidden (Taeihagh et al., 2017). Computer users have accepted that
software and hardware bugs cause system failures and data loss. In software development, "bug"
refers to any defect. Because computers appear to act independently, their creators,
programmers, and installers are frequently blamed.

Criticisms

It's essential to learn how to handle criticism and use it as an opportunity to grow. You won't be
able to learn and grow from your mistakes and blunders if you immediately react defensively. In
order to improve, you must get feedback from others.

My side response

Step one is listening attentively and not becoming defensive, so that you can learn to accept
criticism better. It's important to remember that both giving and receiving criticism can be
difficult, so neither you nor your critic will be at ease with the situation. Using the following
tools can help you respond to your critics and reviewers:

 Gratitude. Avoid extremes: Don't get emotional or pretend it doesn't hurt. Please accept
our thanks for taking the time to comment.
 Questions. Before making any definitive statements, thoroughly research the subject.
 Restatements. “I hear you saying…”
 Request for solutions. Ask for help from others. There is no need for more than one or
two.
 Happiness. Is corrective action logical and fun? If the path ahead isn't appealing, you'll
avoid it.
 Follow-up. See how things are progressing over the next two weeks. Four weeks is a lot
of time to spend on a project. Take immediate action if you receive criticism for your
actions.

Other side response

Even though there are many effective ways of responding to criticism, there are also many
ineffective responses. There are examples of what not to do.

 He responds, "It's also your fault."

 Reflection.
 avoiding eye contact
 Minimizing.
 Arguing.
 a sense of helplessness; a sense of helplessness.
 A finger is being pointed.
 Making excuses for one's inability to do something.
 Denial.
 "I'll never be enough," in other words.

If you react negatively to criticism, you slow down growth, sabotage progress, and alienate
people.
