Function
Coal Crusher functions as a stone crusher from 12mm to smaller,There are two
coal crushers, namely:

1. Coal Crusher A 2. Coal Crusher B

Preparations before running at location

 make sure no people and no work in coal crusher area
 check the condition of the motor and motor oil
 check safety support

Checking after running at location

make sure all equipment is turned off
 Crusher start sequance
a. select windows crusher
b. select manual
c. inform to field operator
crusher is ready to start
d. click start
e. motor Indication change to
red
f. communication with field
operator that crusher
actually running

crusher stop sequance

a. select windows crusher
b. select manual
c. inform to field operator that
crusher is ready to stop
d. click stop
e. motor Indication change to
red
f. communication with field
operator that crusher
actually stop running
Trouble
 hammer crusher blunt
 the occurrence of clogging on the crusher wall

Trubel handling
1. Analyze the problem first
2. Take a photo of the problematic equipment
3. report the problematic equipment condition to the shift leader
4. make trouble memo (TM)
