Option A

The results of the test determined that I have a fairly high level for each personality trait except
social boldness which is average. I believe that the results provided by the interpersonal skills were very
accurate to where I think my interpersonal skills would be. My fairly high levels of empathy and
emotional intelligence could possibly come trying to adapt to the people that I’m currently with, and I
usually observe them at first before engaging into a conversation. Although starting conversations is not
what I’m particularly good at, I can keep it going once it starts - which sometimes leads to deeper talks
and knowing their experience and struggles. These helped me identify both mine and their emotions.

I was quite surprised by my fairly high team working levels. While I do prefer working as a group,
I feel really comfortable when there are situations where multiple ideas are being shared. After the test,
I realized that I can coordinate with groups quite well, I tend to understand and respect their thoughts,
but it’s a little counter-productive to me in the sense that I couldn’t add more insight to their ideas. I’m
afraid to tell others if we’re behind the desired progress, and sometimes talk to someone I’m close with
to relay it to the other members of the group. I couldn’t see myself as a leader, but I can be a really good
teammate who can support and provide meaningful thoughts to them. The test made me realize all
these things which were a blur to me before, and now I’m more aware of my social boldness.

My fairly high integrity was also surprising to me. I tell lies sometimes in order to get away in
some situations. I’ve always seen this as a negative trait of mine, but I usually bend the truth in order to
observe and know more information. I’m quite honest towards others whether they are having
problems or just wanting to have someone to talk with, and I say things that could help them at the
moment. When I tell lies to people, I realized that I’m still intact to my principles and morals.
