2. Read further the description of your personality type interpretation and answer the
question below.

Do you agree with the results of your personality type, why and why not? Explain and
provide a brief conclusion or realization about your personality in about 150 words.
I completely agree with the results of my personality type. I have always known myself
to be a logician or an architect. I’ve always been fascinated with various topics like
history, geography, politics, engineering, system design, economics, and even current
events. I’ve always wanted to know how everything functions and how something
came to be—as for my hobbies, watching documentaries and working with electronic
devices such as gaming consoles and computers have always been my favorite. I also
constantly check the sources of information I receive because I think it is only logical to
do so. But like my result says, I am very introverted. I don’t like to be in a place with
many people, and although I can hold a conversation and enjoy time with other
people, I would feel tired or drained from all the socializing.

Practical Activity 3
A Guide to Authenticity
For those of us that have been taught that it is a requirement for us to be caring and
compassionate, the notion of being authentic to your emotions, values, and opinions is an
especially hard task. However, what is equally required of us in life is for us to be true to
ourselves, as well as to allow others the right to be themselves too. This can be a strange
and awkward dance if one is not used to this truth. This guide can help figure out the waltz
of how to simultaneously allow one's authentic self to shine through while respecting the
rights of others

As testing situations come up, it may be hard to be one's true self and not be violated by
others. If you have a hard time with this, use the prompts below to decide how to respond.

YOUR VALUES | YOUR OPINIONS | YOUR FEELINGS | YOUR EXPERIENCES

These are inalienable rights. No one has the right to try to change, discredit, or undermine
these truths. On these 4 pillars, you are entitled to draw your boundaries. Others are also
allowed the same space to do the same for themselves.

Choose from each category the most important elements to you, or write in your own ideas. If
you are not sure how many to choose, try at least 2 prompts from each category. These are
examples and not a comprehensive list. Hence, you may add prompts or words that are not
given in the list. 30 points

My Values
1. Free time
My free time must always be spent on something productive or something that
brings me satisfaction. That free time I have something I value highly, and I would
hate to waste it on something not worth my time.
2. Family
I am someone who puts my family above anything. Be it friends, video games, or my
partner, I must always put my family first. They are the only ones I trust.

My Opinions
1. I personally think that video games are super fun and are better than movies or books.
2. I disagree with most of my fellow countrymen and the way they think. Personally, I wish I
wasn’t a Filipino.

My Feelings
1. Lonely
Being in a new school, I don’t have anyone I can truly call a friend among the people I
can refer to as classmates. I do not know most of them and although I know some
people, I cannot call them friends since we do not really interact all that much. I am
feeling like most of my classmates do not like me.
2. Annoyed
I am annoyed that I have to attend a face-to-face classes again. The past two years
have been good for me, and I wish it would always be an online learning environment. I
hate going to school every day, but life continues.

My Experiences
1. Fond Memories
The memories and experiences from my junior high school days are something I will
never forget. I’ve always reminisced about the good old days and wish I could live
through all of that again.
2. Loss
Since graduating from senior high, I’ve lost my friends and stopped interacting with
them. Perhaps it was for the better since the friendship had become toxic, and they were
starting to show their true colors. Although I despise them now and hope I don’t see
them again, I will cherish the memories I had with my friends.
