Content Standard: The learner demonstrates understanding of the basic concepts of limit and
continuity of a function.
Performance Standard: The learner shall be able to formulate and solve accurately real-life
problems involving continuity of functions.
I. Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, the students must be able to:
- Determine whether a function is continuous on an interval or not.

Preliminary Activities:

1. Observe silence.

A. Activity: Give Me!
Group Activity: Class is divided into 8.
Mechanics:
a. Each group will choose a representative to dictate the answer
b. The first one to give his answer correct will be given credit.
c. All members of the group must be given a chance to stand.
d. Scores are tabulated
