 Discussion was made about the hiring of Sports Teacher from the start of 2 nd Term.

 It was instructed to all Principal,s to paste time table on students diaries.

 Discussion was made about proper period allocation of day wise planning of BOI and TCDP.

Principal’s were instructed to arrange Teachers Model Lecture on every on Saturday and their time tble will be

shared with Senior Principal.

Senior Principal will prepare Teachers and Students Activity Calender and share with SIM Principals at the start of

2nd Term.

 It was decided that there will be Formal Training of SIM teachers twice or thrice in a Term.

It was strongly recommended that Book reading habit must be developed among teahers, For this purpose books

will be issued to teachers or Library will be arranged at school level.
