Describe each flight information display given below.
Availability Display
Availability display shows the
available flight or seats of
the partner airlines of
Amadeus. And for the flights
to be featured in the display,
at least one class of service
must be available for
purchase or on the waitlist.
This can show up to 26
classes of service, and a
status code appears next to
each service class. These
numbers may indicate how
many seats are available or if
you may put your name on a
waiting list for a flight. In
order to check the neutral
availability display, the
operator must enter the
transaction command, which
is AN, the chosen date in
DDMMM format, and the
city pair codes. We can also
customize it for the system
to show the specific data
that we need. To get the
specific airline, the entry
is /A(Airline Code). For the
specific booking class, the
entry should be /C, for
specific cabin in the plane it
is /K, for specific connecting
points it is /X, and finally for
the specific time there is
/HHMM, or /HA, /HP.
Schedule Display
The schedule display shows
all scheduled flights, even
those that are completely
booked or canceled. Flights
up to 361 days in the future
and up to 3 days in the past
are included in both displays.
All of the flights are
displayed in the following
sequence on both displays.
To see the neutral schedule
display, the transaction
command SN is used. This is
followed by the date in
DDMMM format, and lastly,
the city pair. Like availability
display, there are other
options for us to use to see
specific data. For specific
carrier, it should be
/A(Carrier Code), for specific
booking class it is /C(Class),
for the specific connecting
point it is /X(City Code), for
specific time add it in HHMM
format, and for specific airlines
that are not in connected with
Amadeus it is /AYY.
Timetable Display
The Timetable Display
showcases flights that are
scheduled to operate during
a one-week period. Flights
from all airlines whose
schedules have been
submitted to Amadeus are
displayed once we enter the
correct codes. The
transaction command for the
neutral timetable display is
TN. This should be followed
by the date in DDMMM
format, and finally, the city
pair codes. Timetable display
also accepts requests for
specifications. In inputting
the display for a specific
airline it is /A(Airline Code)
and for those airlines
without an agreement with
Amadeus, it is /AYY.
