NEMA34 Stepper Motor – 906 oz in 6.1A Single Shaft (KL34H295-43-8A)

On the Z axis I used each motor good results

NEMA23 570 oz/in 3.5A 1/4” Dual Shaft Stepper Motor (KL23H2100-35-4BM)

Or 3/8 shaft NEMA23 570oz/in 5A 3/8” Dual Shaft Stepper Motor (KL23H2100-50-4B)

For the z axis frame was bent buy my metal guy

I used 20 mm linear slides 300 mm long

2set TRH20-300mm Square Linear Guide Rail+4pcs TRH20B found on ebay

And a 16 mm ballscrew

Torch mount robot 3 t with proxy senc mod made aul ange for the mount

Thc is a robot 3 t up down unit also used a proma 150 . like to try the price unit next

Motor reduction X Y is 3 to 1 using 16 mm wide timing pully 60 tooth and 20 tooth

The units were custom made all parts were from mcmaster carr

Even 1 end of the shielded wire only frame gnd is the Neg ac plug

Motor wire is 18 ga shielded wires

Motor power to drivers separate run 12 ga to each driver do not daisy chain

The table frame has a water pan 10 ga 4 inch 52 x 52 2 inch 1/8 slats with cut angle holding them

The main frame is made of 3/16 2 x 4 tubing same for legs leg support 2x2 3/16
Adjustable ¾ feet adjust side rails 2x4 with ½ x4 cold rolled I sugest linear slides instead but cold rolled
works well

Side trucks were drawn and custom cut bearings are ½ id 1/1/8 od bearings same for reduction unit
