DESCRIPTION

GlobalData is looking to hire an Associate Analyst. This position directly contributes to the high quality business intelligence that GlobalData
provides, and involves conducting a range of investigative, assessment and forecasting activities and secondary research for the Technology
sector.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 Strong interest in research and familiarity with leading vendors and their capabilities (Experience in Technology domain will be
preferred)
 Should have a working knowledge of MS Office Tool (Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. will be an advantage)
 Should have good understanding of leading technologies and their vendors
 Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver with regard to short deadlines
 Ability to search methodically from a range of publicly available sources
 Should be able to manage large datasets in excel format
 At least 2 years of post-graduation work experience is a must (of which minimum 1-year experience in Technology/ICT/TMT domain
would be preferred).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Compiling data and analysis on Technology sector through secondary research and interpretation of primary inputs
 Maintain and provide timely responses to market issues and offer up to date opinions
 Responsible for creating ICT vendor specific market data covering various ICT product offerings
 Ability to follow standard process and strict quality guidelines to produce high quality data and analysis
 Ability to learn a new process quickly and lead the research process through high quality work output
 Develop expertise within Technology Sector. Pick and identify new data sources, build datasets and insight of vendor partnerships for
different ICT product solution areas
