EXT. LOS ANGELES. NIGHT. PANNING OVER THE CITY.
Establishing shot. We see the nighttime in LA from above.

Shots panning over the streets and lights. We settle on a
group of 4 at a street corner. One the guys is buying weed
off of a car that has pulled over. He waves goodbye to the
guy in the car and rejoins the group.
CUT TO:
EXT. STREET. NIGHT-TIME. LOS ANGELES. CIRCA 2015.
4 friends are walking back to their apartment from meeting

their weed dealer.
JACK
Thanks for joining me on that team,
sorry it wasn't more exciting like
the movies, Mike. So wait, dude, you
brought your PS3 from Atlanta??
MIKE
Oh yeah, dude. I wouldn't forget
that.
JACK
And UFC 3?
MIKE
Yeah dude. C'mon, what do you think
this is, amateur hour?
Jack laughs. Same ol' Mike.
JACK
Just checking dude. Yeah so, Matt,
Jessica, have y'all ever played UFC

Matt and his girlfriend, Jessica, have tagged along for the
night.
Jack's close friend Mike is in town.

Dude a guy just got shot! Let's just

They get closer to the man.

They get closer to the man.

They're now standing over the man.

They hear sirens in the distance, getting closer. Jack

slowly, disappointingly, looks up at Jessica.
JESSICA
What! ...A man got shot!
JACK
Shit. Alright. Uhh.. Leo, can you
stand? We gotta got get you out of
here.
LEONARDO DICAPRIO
I'll need some help.
JACK
Alright, come on guys. Let's get him
on his feet.
They help Leo get to his feet and help carry him with his
arms around Matt and Jack's shoulders.

Wait, where are we taking him?
JACK
To my apartment, it's not far. We
just gotta move fast. Jessica can you
call the cops back and tell them it
was a false alarm?
JESSICA

Jessica falls back a little and calls the police.

Let's just focus on getting back to
your apartment.

nothing. So I know you're not
supposed to call with false alarms.

As they approach Jack's apartment, they see someone walking

their dog, walking towards them.

Shit. Matt. Distract- Distract em. We
can't let them see who this is.
Matt approaches the dog-walker. He's a big lumbering man

with a little tiny wiener dog that's barking his head off.
Jack and the gang pick up their pace towards the apt.
Leo keeps his head down.

Hey there! Sorry don't mean to cause
any alarm. A buddy of ours took a
nasty fall at the overlook. Probably
a little too dark to be up there.
Hah! Just didn't want you to be
concerned.

needs to rest, maybe some ice.
He looks over. The gang is at the door now.

Matt notices there's another dog walker near the gang at the

He sees Jessica dart towards the 2nd dog walker. From Matt's

The dog walker just walks by and doesn't really say

anything. Half acknowledges them.
From behind the door they hear:

Jack opens the door.

Now that they are in the apartment and away from quiet
threat, chaos ensues.
Jack's apartment is covered in two things: movie posters and

race posters. Cars, tracks, drivers, and film. Many of the
movie posters are Leo's movies..

Alright, babe, here. Here are my
keys. You alright? Do you need water
or anything before you go?

Matt is already frantically getting Jessica some water.

Jack comes back in with bandages, paper towels, antiseptic

spray, and rubbing alcohol.

Jack looks at Matt and starts fiddling with the first-aid

supplies.

Jack hands Leo supplies.
Mike comes back in the room with shot glasses and a bottle
of rum.

Matt! You want a shot, dude?

Jack is helping Leo apply antiseptic and bandaging to Leo's

wounds.
Mike is pouring shots.
Jack is about to spray antiseptic all over Leo's wound. He's

looking nervous about it.

Here dude, dude. Take a shot first.
Mike hands the shot intended for Leo to Jack.

Jack shoots it back. Mike starts laughing.

Mike pours another shot.

Mike hands Leo the bottle. Leo takes a big pull.

Leo nods.

Jack starts spraying the shit out of the wound.
Leo screams out in pain, thrashing on the couch. Doing his

Leo freak out thing.
Mike pours rubbing alcohol on it next, thinking it was

water.
Leo freaks out more.

water! We needed to clean it out!
JACK
Just put the bandages on him! Could
you help us out, Matt?! Matt jumps in
and starts helping keep Leo still
while they bandage him up.

They finish bandaging him.

They all sit in silence for a moment.
Mike goes to get the weed in his bag.

He packs a quick bowl. He holds it out in front of Leo.

Mike lights the bowl and leo takes a big hit. He coughs. The
coughing hurts him like hell.

Here, lemme get you some water!
Jack runs to kitchen. Looking for a glass.

Matt! Where'd you put the cups dude?!
MATT
What! I couldn't find any! I told
you!
Jack finds another shot glass and fills it with water.
He comes back and gives Leo a shot glass filled with water.
LEONARDO DICAPRIO
No.. no. I don't want another shot.
JACK
Nah, it's just water. I couldn't find
any other glasses..
Leo looks at him, perplexed.

He shoots the water back.

There are more Russian goons now. 4 instead of 2. They drag

Mike and Jack out of the trunk and push them forward.
They hear women scamper and kind of scream away from the
house.
They get pushed forward into a giant mansion and are kicked
to their knees in a living room. The four Russian goons
standing behind them.
The pillow cases are ripped off of their heads.
Leo is right in front of them with Katia and Leo standing in

front of them.

So these are the boys you sent after

Vlad gets Leo to his feet and walks him slowly towards the
door with a gun to his head.
The knocking continues.
Leo slowly opens the door so that just his face is visible
from the other side.

EXT. OUTSIDE FRONT DOOR. NIGHT.
Leo looks perplexed and bewildered. At the door is Matt and

Jessica.
Leo looks around and see Officer Spiers waiting with his gun
drawn and back against the wall.
He's got his finger over his mouth, letting Leo know that he
is about to ambush the fucking place.

INT. LEO'S HOUSE. NIGHT.
Leo looks back at Vlad.

Leo swings the door open.
JESSICA
We're here for Mike and Jack!
Mike and Jack freak out with excitement and fear, they try
to tell them to go away but the goons and Katia hold them
back.

As Vlad is saying this, it as been a distraction as black

figures with small lights are surrounding the back of the
house.

Leo lunges forward and tackles Matt and Jessica.
Vlad isn't sure who to shoot, but before he has time to

decide, Officer Spiers jumps out from around the corner.
OFFICER SPIERS
FREEZE!
Vlad freaks out and shoots towards Officer Spiers.
Officer Spiers lunges back.
Vlad darts back into the house.
Just then the foreign models from earlier bust through the
window panes facing the back of the living room on climbing
rope, decked out in all black with mini guns and army boots.
Charlie's Angels style.
Pandemonium ensues. Ass kicking and bullets flying

everywhere.
Jack and Mike roll out of there behind the kitchen counter.
Officer Spiers comes from up behind them and unties them.

Yeah, yeah. Who are you?
OFFICER SPIERS
Your friend, Jessica, came clean.
Told me everything about tonight.
Said you guys might be in trouble.
MIKE
Who are these bad bitches??
OFFICER SPIERS
I don't know, but they are some Baaad

Leo's Angels have the Russians pinned down.
Officer Spiers stands up to approach the room.
Jessica and Matt have carried Leo back inside the house.
With everyone pinned down, Officer Spiers signals to the

angels and braves standing up and taking control of the
situation.

The Russians and Angels hesitate. They don't take orders

from a cop. Plus, Katia is already being held by one of the
Angels. Katia is tussling with her.

Chaos and shooting resumes. The bodyguards, the Russians,

and the Angels are all shooting at each other.
One of the angels dips behind cover with Katia, continuing

to fight her.
Jessica and Matt scramble over to Office Spiers, Mike, and

Jack.
Tobey Maguire scrambles over to Leo.
JACK
Hey man! Officer?! You alright?
OFFICER SPEARS
Arrgggh. He hit my vest.. just give
me a sec.

(to Matt and Jess)

Had a feeling you might be in

Mike just stares at Jessica for a second. Not sure how to

respond.
OFFICER SPIERS
Ahh shit! I think it might've gone

CUT TO:
INT. CORNER OF LIVING AREA. FOCUS ON KATIA AND NATALIA
They are wrestling and fighting with each other over

Natalia's gun. There's some grappling moves done by each.
There's some biting and clawing. Eventually, Katia comes out
on top and steals the gun. She unloads like ten bullets into
Natalia and starts laughing.
CUT TO:
INT. LIVING AREA. FOCUS ON GUN FIGHT.
Cut to the gun fight behind the parties.
We see one of the Angels shoot down a Russian goon and

another Angel kick one of the goons in the nuts.
We see one of the body guards get shot.
We see one of the angels gets shot.
Firing back and forth.
CUT TO:
INT. FOYER. FOCUS ON LEO AND TOBEY
Tobey is hovering over Leo trying to tend to his new gun

wound.

Officer Spiers slowly rises.

He starts to advance towards where Vlad is.
CUT TO:
INT. LIVING ROOM. FOCUS ON TOBEY AND HIS BODY GUARDS.
Ammo is running low on all parties.
Tobey smokes one of the Russian muscle goons. He's in a

competition with his body guards.
TOBEY MAGUIRE
Shit, that's 500 bucks y'all just
left on the table! Don't let me get

CUT TO:
INT. KITCHEN. FOCUS ON JACK AND FRIENDS.

He looks back at his friends. The other Russian goon has

rushed over and is trying to take them hostage.

He rushes towards his friends.
Jack tackles the goon and knocks his gun free. The goon gets
on top of Jack and starts trying to choke him. The rest of
the gang starts trying to push him off.

Suddenly, Mike head kicks the shit out the goon and knocks
him out.
We hear Tobey shout out from the other side of the room.
TOBEY MAGUIRE

Jack leans up, coughing.

MATT

Jack slaps Matt on the shoulder and sees Tobey Maguire

tussling with Katia while Leo looks on in terror.
Tobey does a slick maneuver where he disarms Katia and leg

sweeps her to the floor. She hits the ground hard. A body
guard comes over and detains her. Toby starts manically
doing Spider-Man hands at Katia while she's semi-unconscious
on the floor.

INT. DINING AREA. FOCUS ON VLAD AND OFFICER SPIERS.
Vlad and Officer Spiers are head to head. Maneuvering.

maneuver and gets behind the kitchen counter where Matt,
Mike, and Jessica are.

Vlad grabs Matt by the collar and pulls him upright, using
him as a hostage.

reliving how he smoked one of the Russians.
Jack sees Leo sitting with Mike.
He goes over to them.

LEONARDO DICAPRIO
Well she's going back to Russia.

INT. JACK'S APARTMENT ABOUT A MONTH LATER

Jack is getting home and has just checked the mail.

He sees a letter from Leo. He opens it quickly.

track along with 4 plane tickets to Nurburgring, Germany.

Establishing shot. We see the nighttime in LA from above.

EXT. STREET. NIGHT-TIME. LOS ANGELES. CIRCA 2015.

4 friends are walking back to their apartment from meeting

Jack laughs. Same ol' Mike.

Jack's close friend Mike is in town.

Suddenly, while crossing the street, they hear a gun shot.

They all freeze and look down the street.

They see the body start to slowly move and groan.

Jack starts to walk towards the man.

Begrudgingly, they all know this is true.

EXT. LA STREET CORNER. SCENE OF CRIME. NIGHT.

They get closer to the man.

They're now standing over the man.

Reveal that the man on the ground is Leonardo DiCaprio.

He's been shot near his waist.

They hear sirens in the distance, getting closer. Jack

They're all moving with a wounded Leo in the shadows back to

Jessica falls back a little and calls the police.

Jessica starts to walk back towards the crime scene in a

As they approach Jack's apartment, they see someone walking

Matt approaches the dog-walker. He's a big lumbering man

Leo keeps his head down.

He looks over. The gang is at the door now.

Matt catches up.

Matt and Jessica B-line towards the apartment door.

Matt knocks quickly but lightly on the door.

The dog walker passes behind them.

Jessica laughs along a little too hysterically.

The dog walker just walks by and doesn't really say

From behind the door they hear:

Jack opens the door.

INT. JACK'S APT. NIGHT.

Jack's apartment is covered in two things: movie posters and

Matt is already frantically getting Jessica some water.

Jack is frantically cleaning shit off of the couch and

Jack comes back in the room with a towel.

Jack tries to prop Leo up on the towel.

Jack lays the towel next to Leo.

Matt and Jessica appear from the kitchen.

They head towards the door.

Jessica stops and looks back at Jack.

Jessica acknowledges and leaves.

Matt and Jessica go outside.
