At the end of this activity, the FS student must be able to achieve the following intended learning outcomes:
1. describe the components of learning management plan;
2. explain the importance of learning management plan;
3. identify the best practices in creating effective classroom or remote learning management plan; and
4. promote behavioral, social and academic success in a structured environment that caters to tolerance,
exemplary behavior and learning.

Classroom management or meeting the needs of students can be one of the crucial parts of teaching-learning
process. However, it is the key component in any educational setting. If students are safe in a learning environment, then
teaching-learning process can take place. This activity focuses on creating a classroom routine that will make teachers and
students more productive. As a pre-service teacher, you should be committed in making classroom a safe and challenging
environment, engaging your students through the curriculum, as well as getting to know them and interacting with each other.
You should develop a democratic and equitable learning environment so that students can learn effectively.

Direction: Read the following items below before doing the indicated tasks.

1. Conduct interview with a teacher or adviser regarding best practices about effective learning management plan.
2. Observe etiquette and netiquette during the online observation and interview process.
3. Always follow the minimum safety protocol.

HEALTH TEACHER
During Pre-pandemic
Sir Prado uses white board and projector in of PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL
presenting his lessons. He disarranged the chairs CENTRAL LUZON CAMPUS
during group activities in circles for him to see them
all and discuss his lesson well.
During Pandemic
Sir Prado uses Zoom app as teaching Classroom Design
platform and incorporate activities using Kahoot and
Jamboard. He also encouraged everyone to
participate in class and open their cameras.

During Pre-pandemic
- Raise your hand if you want to recite.
- Avoid talking to your seatmates.
- Sit properly.
Rules and Discipline
During Pandemic
Sir Prado said that students must be kind
and compassionate, raise their virtual hand and use
mute and unmute button properly. The chatbox is
strictly for question and answer only.

According to Sir Prado they only have 1

synchronous class per week as what Division Scheduling and Organization
chief imposed. If circumstances happened like
power interruption during the synchronous
they will have make up classes.

During Pre-pandemic
Sir Prado uses PPT, Audio-Visual
Presentations and conducting activities before and
after the lesson to ensure the learning of the

During Pandemic
Sir Prado uses different online platform in
conducting activities like the Kahoot, jamboard and
quiz-it. He laso integrate the use of PPT and AVP.

In communicating with the students, Sir

Prado uses messenger in giving announcements and

Yes, all of the information we gathered during the interview is necessary during this time of

pandemic in terms of teaching practices, so I was going to adapt these practices for me to create an

engaging and healthy classroom environment. During this time of pandemic it is now the challenge

for us to know how to manage our class well specially we PE teachers. As what Sir Prado said, try to

If I were to design my
classroom to create an appropriate
and effective learning environment it
would go like this. During my
discussion I want to arrange the chair
as what on picture showed for my
students to see and hear me well.
Having a SMART TV would be a great
help in further elaborating my lesson
and also the white board as well.

During the group

this they can work and talk to

1. Before joining the class, make sure you are physically, mentally and emotionally ready and healthy to learn

For me since we are in times of Pandemic, teaching and learning process shifts rapidly. So to maximize

the effectiveness of my classroom management, I must integrate technology. With use of technology, I can
