Describing Person
In describing person, we can describe someone from his/her physical appearance and
his/her attitude.
Here are some questions that can be used as a guide in describing person :
1. Who is he?
2. What is he?
3. Where does he come from?
4. Is he handsome?
5. Is he tall?
6. Does he has curly hair?
7. Is he fat?
8. Does he has a good attitude? Etc

Here is the example of a diagram as students’ mind mapping in describing person:

- These people come from Indonesia. So, they are Indonesian.
- Those people come from USA. So, they are American.
- That person comes from Netherlands. So, he is a Dutch.
- That person comes from China. So, he is a Chinese.

- Soldier, etc

 Adjectives to Describe Appearance


- Tall
- Beautiful
- Handsome
- Ugly
- Short , etc
Here are the example of sentences which used an adjectives to describe people’s
appearance:
- The man is tall. He is a tall man.
- That girl is so beautiful. She is a beautiful girl.
- That boy is handsome. He is a handsome boy.
