Clarity of Language
The vocabulary level and conceptual level of the questions suit to the
level of the participants. The questions are clear and understandable.

Form and Style


Language structure is simple. Questions are constructed in a fashion
that is not direct, sharp and blunt but instead leading and weaving one
question to another to smoothly and logically arrive at the point.
Suitability of Questions/ Attainment of the Purpose
The questions appropriately presented the substance of research.
They are designed to uncover a phenomenon or experience that are
supposed to be established in the research. IGQs are constructed to
help answer the overarching research questions.

Adequacy of the Questions


The IG questions adequately and equally represent the research
questions. There must be equal representation of IGQ for each of the
research questions. (refer to the research questions above)

Participants-Friendliness
The questions create positive impression, one that motivates the
participants to answer it. There are no derogatory or foul expressions,
explicitly or implicitly stated, in the questions. Questions are not
sensitive to the nature of the participants.
