Ms. Maggie , the ideal candidate, has extensive experience as an Accounts Manager and is now
employed as an Accounts Manager at a large firm. She has a total of almost ten years of account
management experience. Maggie is highly recommended by the panel. According to two referees, she
has been a great performance in both her present and past jobs. She has proved that she has the
necessary talents and tertiary qualifications via her performance, and her great attention to detail and
managerial skills will be beneficial to her in the work.
morrison, another applicant, has a good amount of experience as an Accounts Manager, and his
referees confirmed that he is quite capable. Although the panel believes he is likewise qualified,
Maggie's experience in supervising employees makes her the chosen option.
PANAL RECOMMENDATIONS:
Maggie is seen as the most acceptable applicant and is recommended by the selection panel for the post
