messages received from various banks, favoring RBS, India and its customers.

Processing of Vostro payments via RTGS/NEFT, which involves almost 90% of
manual payments. The payments received on a particular date needs to be processed
on the same date of the value date. Ensure correct routing of funds by referring the RBI
site for capturing the IFSC codes.

Booking and Closing of Fixed Deposits – this involves a lot of manual work as well,
and the nature and value of transactions are high, so as the risk involved as well.

Processing of Redirected/Outward payments – The funds are sent to other banks


basis our customers request, routing of payments with correct details is 100%
Languages Known mandatory, failing which would cause operational and reputational loss to the bank.
Hoping to maintain the consistency of achieving 100% successful processing of
English, Tamil payment.
