Job Responsibilities-
 Review & analyze loan applications, credit histories, financial
statements & other financial information to make decision on loan.
 Analyze mortgage file, evaluate borrower’s financials, manually
calculating rate of pay, year to date, trend analysis, review bank
statement, tax returns and perform loan decisioning by Fannie Mae,
Freddie Mac, investor and industry guidelines keeping in compliance
with all company policy and procedures.
