Job Profile:

 Responsible for reviewing loan applications for completeness and accuracy, verifying
supporting income, and asset and liability documentation.
 Check income document, credit history, debt ratios and saving meets the particular loan.
 Analyze the loan documents and credit risk, borrower and property information.
 Verify accuracy of supporting employment, down payment, and financial documentation
received.
 Review Appraisal report to make sure it is accurate, so that the home is truly worth the
purchase price.
 Calculate various ratios (LTV/DTI).
 Knowledge of 5 C’s.
 Performing full analysis of the loan files and arranges file in proper stacking before
submitting.
 Create flow-up in case of any discrepancies and incorrect information.

Job Profile For : (Home Affordable Modification Program)

 Working on Loan Modification Program to cure delinquency on loans based on


borrowers monthly income and in some cases stopping borrower’s property from getting
foreclosed.
 Auditing Various Kinds of documents for mortgage loans serviced by the Client.
 Escalation in case of discrepancies and incorrect information.
 Profile the customer and transaction(s) with the available system resources.
 Monitor and review debit/credit card transactions.
 Ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other means to verify personal

Job Profile for Mortgage Renewals:

 When a term is coming to close, most banks will send a mortgage renewal notice in the
mail usually 3 - 4 weeks prior to expiration. At this time the banks assume that
mortgagors will sign on with them for another term.

 Working on a Mortgage Renewals Agreement under provided guidelines for better rate of
interest and term.

 We do Mortgage Renewal on the basis of provided information in the agreement i.e.


Renewals date, Existing mortgage balance, Interest rate, Term, Amortization, Maturity
Date, Projected Balance at maturity, Insurance Premium, Payment frequency, First
Payment date.

Job Profile for Cards Services:

 Interest change request – in this process we wave of interest and other fees on credit cards
 Out of Sync Part with adjustment of points in various cards i.e.-Avion, Classic-II, Royal
Rewards, Infinite Avion Cards.
 Classification Change Report.
