Suitability for scene I need a big bedroom to film in, and I can use my master
bedroom
Lighting information Lots of natural light, as well as lights and lamps to set the scene.
Sound information Fairly quiet if doors are closed, but natural sound is not too
important for this production
Power information Lots of power outputs available, which means I can plug in lights
and keep equipment fully charged
Hazards The room has a lot of breakable things, so we must be mindful
of our surroundings, especially wires or camera equipment
which can easily be tripped over.

AUDITION NOTES

Name: Macey Larkin Character: Gracie

Audition notes:
Macey’s audition proved that she is very
suitable for this role. She is someone I have
never worked with before, but has studied
drama previously at school and she is very
focused and driven to get things done
efficiently. She had a really fun time
interpreting this character in the audition
with the singing and dancing to get ready,
and I know she will use the same passion in
the rest of the production.
Name: Will Bernard Character: Steve
Audition notes:
As a media student, will understands what is
needed on a film set in order for things to run
smoothly, which makes him a very good
person to work with. His characters face
doesn’t have much screen time, but he was
very good at maintaining a straight and
sinister face in the audition.

Name: Brendan Vaughn Character: Steve

Audition notes.
Brendan is my first-choice actor. His auditio
for the character of Steve was very good- h
looks how I envision this character to look
which makes him the most suitable in my
eyes. He can hold a very serious face as see
in his audition, but he can also convey othe
emotions very easily if needed.
CREW LIST

Name: Role:

Aimee Booth I will be directing the whole production;

however, I need a few extra hands on set to
ensure everything goes smoothly, but I will
check the other members of crew are
following my instruction and shooting things
in the way I ask.
Cerys Ali Cerys will be a helping hand during
production- she will hold lights if needed, and
keep the scene clear of any props that are no
longer needed, overall, she will help things
run more smoothly behind the scenes.
Hannah Wayne Hannah was on hand for the whole
production process, as both crew and a
backup actor. She also lent me some
equipment (LEDs and second camera- which
she operated on the scenes that required
more than one camera.) She will also get
behind the scenes footage which I can utilise
in evaluation and weekly blogs.

CONTINGENCY PLAN

At the moment considering the recent change in Corona Virus regulations, it is

crucial to have a backup plan. If either of my actors (Macey or Brendan)
become unavailable I have several backups available; Hannah Wayne, who I
have worked with many times before and will be on set as crew, has offered to
step if Macey is unable, and Will Bernard has offered to fill in for Brendan if
needed. Much like Brendan, Will is also well suited for the role and as well as
this, I have worked with Will behind the scenes before, and I know he is ready
and available to help behind the camera if required. If myself or a family
member were to catch covid, I can film with my sister Charlotte and Her
boyfriend who are at home over the holidays.

Luckily the entirety of my short film can be shot in my house, so there are very
few reasons why I would be unable to film here- If a member of my household
were to catch Covid, meaning I have to shoot elsewhere, my friend Josh
Jacques has granted me permission to film in his house, as it is very near to
mine so all cast and crew will still be traveling to the same place as if it were
filmed at the original location.

With the change in weather, and daylight hours being much shorter it is
putting more of a time strain on my filming each day as my production is shot
in the morning. Taking this into consideration, I have set a reshoot date which
all of my actors have confirmed their availability for in case it doesn’t all get
completed in the expected time.
