    A. BACKGROUND

    PhiHealth introduced the primary care benefit package under a new brand called
    TSeKaP (Tamang Serbisyo para sa Kalusugan ng Pamilya) to make the package easier
    to recall for its members and their dependents. The term TSeKaP shall now be the
    preferred term for the said benefit.

    B. GUIDELINES OF THE TSeKaP PACKAGE

    1. The coverage will be for patients with acute gastroenteritis, upper respiratory tract
    infection and community-acquired pneumonia (not COVID-19), urinary tract infection,
    bronchial asthma, hypertension and diabetes mellitus.

    2. The program for the TSeKaP consultation will be held Mondays, Wednesdays and
    Fridays. The consultation will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

    3. For virtual bookings for consultation, the Department of Family and Community
    Medicine allots 30 patients per day.

    4. For walk-in patients, these patients will be triaged to the Department of Family and
    Community Medicine, provided these patients are: (a) stable and not in
    cardiorespiratory distress (otherwise, these patients will be triaged directly to the
    Emergency Room) and (b) not follow-up patients of the Department of Internal
    Medicine or Department of Pediatrics (otherwise, these patients will be triaged to
    appropriate department).

    5. After the consultation of walk-in patients, these patients will be instructed to have a
    scheduled follow-up; the follow-up schedule depends on the availability of slots.

    6. Table 1 shows the services provided. Table 2 shows the laboratory diagnostics that
    can be availed.
