ANAK

BY FREDDIE AGUILAR

LYRICS

No'ng isilang ka sa mundong ito

Laking tuwa ng magulang mo

At ang kamay nila ang 'yong ilaw

At ang nanay at tatay mo'y

'Di malaman ang gagawin

Minamasdan pati pagtulog mo

'Di man sila payag, walang magagawa

Nalaman mong ika'y nagkamali

Pagsisisi ang sa isip mo't

Nalaman mong ika'y nagkamali

Pagsisisi ang sa isip mo't

Nalaman mong ika'y nagkamali

REALIZATION

I do realize that:

• Appreciate our parents while they still alive, their efforts, hugs

• Love our parents as stated in the Scripture/Commandment, loving and honoring them is a
road to success in life

• Saying an apology or admitting that we made a sin in our parents is a sign of humbles,
not a pride

• It is also a wakeup call to those youth to remind us to treat our parents nicely and with
manners
• The power of love can conquer everything
