Consultant and Galaxy Systems Inc. (“Galaxy”) (Consultant and Galaxy collectively referred to as the “Parties”)
acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding Section 10.2.2 of the Agreement entered into between the Parties on
January 20, 2020, if Galaxy fully reimburses Consultant for H1B expenses in the amount of $7,187, then Galaxy
may exercise a right to hire Consultant Project Manager within six (6) months of performing services.
