Objective
The objective of this questionnaire is to gather information about the current process of LGU
Treasury Office. Your answer to the questions will guide us on the design of the treasury system
that the DICT will be developing for the LGUs.

Process of Collection
Instructions:
List in sequence the steps being done by your LGU in the collection process.

1. Visit your Real Property Tax Section in the Treasurers Office


2. Secure an order of payment(OP) from the assessors office, proceed to the realty tax section and present the OP with the
latest official receipt (OR) and new tax declaration for new transferred properties.
3. The collection officer then computes tax on how much you have to pay.
4. After payment, an official receipt is issued and payment is posted on the property tax card.
5. After which, you just pay at the cash register upon validation of the official receipt.
