TRAINNG METHODOLOGY AND PROCESS

SAKSHAM – IV
MOBILIZATION

The first step of the program is to mobilize needy & suitable candidates for the training process. For mobilization of
candidates our team has gone through many evolutionary methods this year which are listed below.

 Explaining about the SAKSHAM going door to door.


 Advertising by spotting canopy, especially in areas which covered economically weaker community.
 Organizing seminars in different collages and schools.
 Collecting data of BPL and other underprivileged needy candidates from some local authorities.
 Putting the pamphlets containing the details of the courses in the news papers.
 Promoting SAKSHAM on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
 Promotional announcement in the locality through the e-rickshaw.
 Promote SAKSHAM through Nukkad Naatak & Stunt Advertisements.
COUNSELLING
After receiving the data of candidates from all of the methods used in mobilization, we start the second important step of the
training methodology which is counselling the mobilized candidates. This step is very important because through this process we
get to know, that –
• what is the background of the candidate,
• how much is the level of knowledge already developed,
• In which sector is his ability and interest seen more,
• Explain the course according to his interest and let decide in which course he should be admitted.
For the counselling of the candidates we also used many evolutionary methods which are listed below.
 Inviting them to the centre itself and filing the form
 Conduct counselling through calling them.
 Sending them the recorded video of counselling and filing the online form.

ZERO WEEK TRAINING/SCREENING

After filing the forms we work for the third step which is to start a Zero Week Training
for the Screening of the candidates. Through such process we get to know that the
candidates formed in a batch are actually interested for the training and will be last for
the duration of the training. The duration of this screening cum training is up to one
week as according to its name. Until this week period, the candidate who keeps coming
for class continuously remains in the batch only, all the others are removed.
DOMAIN TRAINING

With the candidates remains in the batch we start the main step of the program, which is their
domain training according to their courses. For this process our methodology could be
described with the points mentioned below.
 Methods to deliver the contents under the training program.

• Kiosk Learning Method

(FRONT-END TRAINING METHOD)

In other words, this method can also be called classroom


training method.

We have also taken some steps to restart the classroom training which was stopped for a
long time due to the pandemic of COVID. We have started calling 8 to 12 students at a time
for a class room and training them in this center. Our entire team is using completely safe

(BLENDED TRAINING METHOD)

The mix method to be used in line with distance learning


method, is another way to deliver the training.
Training is conducted in the following way

a. Making different whatsapp groups communicating candidates according to


their course.
b. Creating new readable course modules in soft copies so that the content
could be delivered to all candidates easily.
c. After that recording live class videos related to those modules, to be shared
to respective whatsapp training group.

d. For the discussion on queries conducting live problem-solving session via


Zoom.

(VIRTUAL TRAINING METHOD)

Virtual training is a training method in which a simulated virtual environment is


used. In this environment an instructor is able to explain, show or test certain
abilities that can contribute to the learning process. There are two different types
of virtual training methods, divided in the instructor supported (virtual instructor
led training) and the non-instructor supported.

So in line with this process beside creating the module and recording the live
class videos, we have created our own virtual learning management software
(LMS) and started training.

Through such LMS the students can connect with their trainer more easily. They
can get training virtually using the instructor supported method as well can also
learn through the recorded videos using the non-instructor supported method, both
through the same single app.

(KIOSK LEARNING METHOD)

In line with the process of keep continuing the training even during COVID, We
also initiated setting up the infrastructure of kiosk learning centers across the
local area of both of SAKSHAM centers.

• All the established Kiosks are equipped a sitting arrangement for 5 candidates
at a time.

• Having a computer with large display/projector and 4 other computers.

• Candidates who do not have smartphone can sit at kiosk.

• All kiosk centers are designed according to the blue print familiar with the
norms of social distancing.

SOFT SKILLS TRAINING & IT LITERACY
We also conduct classes for improving the soft skills like English, Communication, and Personality Development. As well as our trainer also
working on Self-motivation, Teamwork, Creativity, Time management, Organization, Flexibility, Conflict resolution, Positivity, Communication,
Leadership, Problem-solving, Critical observation.
Some Weekly Activities for improving Soft-Skills are also included for this program
1. PERSONAL INTRODUCTION: PI activity include their personal information which they want others to know and it is also an
opportunity to present their self-perception to others
2. SETTING GOALS: In this activity, students get to know about their life’ goals and have a crystal-clear picture of what they have to
pursue.
3. GROUP DISCUSSION: GD activity is not only a process of sharing knowledge & opinions but also helps students to build confidence
in themselves. It helps a host to know about a student’s communication skills and how vocal they are.
4. Workplace etiquettes: Business etiquette is important because it creates a professional, mutually respectful atmosphere and improves
communication. People feel good about their jobs when they feel respected, and that translates into better customer relationships as
well. So, this is one of the most important activities, where students are being taught about their social behavior on the workplace.
The IT literacy training in the computer is also started by our trainer. The topics are being covered like Desktop Operating Systems.
Microsoft Windows Professional, Small Office Networking, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word – Excel Power Point, Database & Internet.
PLACEMENT PROCESS

We acquiree job opportunities for our students finding various alternatives. Our placement team finds vacancies by continuously
being in touch with our Existing and new placement partners for betterment of the placement. along with the above method, we also
work for other methods with students and giving them a form to be filled. All students will have to fill that form according to their
interested job profile. After receiving the completed forms. We contact with HR managers, and then they conduct interview via
telephone, zoom & skype. we also need to update our strategy in between the project because a lot of students who have almost
finished their training and were already preparing for placements are more worried and need to be placed. Beside that our team has
worked on going to the ground level as our placement team is going to every store, office, industrial institute and asking for
vacancies and covered the below mentioned companies so far.
