This price does not include collection or delivery of samples to our laboratory nor return of samples, if
required, which would be the responsibility of the customer.

Unless otherwise specified, samples are retained for 13 weeks from date of reporting results before being
disposed of.
 Should you wish to go ahead with this test programme, an official purchase order must be received by R-TECH
Services Ltd before commencement of any testing.

Payment is required in full prior to commencement of testing. Any payment for retests would be invoiced on
completion of testing and issue of the test report. We hope that the above is clear, but please do not hesitate
